Online Payments Only: We accept payments via secure online channels, including credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and net banking. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.  

Taxation: All product prices include GST at 18% for India . Different taxes may apply for international orders.  

No Refund Policy: Refunds are not available for any purchases.  

Return Policy: Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged during transit. Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence to initiate a return.  

Delivery Timeline: Domestic orders take 5-10 business days to arrive. For international orders, delivery time may vary based on the destination and customs clearance. 

Delays: Delivery timelines may extend due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, logistical issues, or public holidays.  

Shipping Costs: Shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery location. Additional charges may apply for international orders.
