Refund Policy

• Refunds are **not available** for purchases. We recommend carefully reviewing product descriptions and details before placing an order. 

 

Return Policy

•  Returns are allowed **only for damaged products**. Customers must notify us within **48 hours** of receiving the damaged item.  

• Photographic and Opening Video evidence is required to process a return request.  

• Replacement products will be shipped within **5-7 business days** of return approval.  

 

Cancellations

• Orders cannot be canceled once they are placed.  

 

Liability for Returns

• Shipping costs for returns will be borne by the customer unless the product damage is verified as our responsibility.
